Purpose: Coordinators Livelihoods (Farm) will coordinate the livelihoods activities within the assigned block(s)/ Districts and carry out relevant tasks assigned by the Mission.

Job Roles & Responsibility

1. They will coordinate and roll out various farm livelihoods activities in intervention blocks including special projects like MKSP, Integrated Farming Cluster, Value Addition, Value chain Development, etc as per approved action plan in a time bound manner.
2. Development of Inception sites, livestock clusters, higher order enterprises including IBOD, Business plan development, marketing, etc.
3. They will also be responsible for producing Village Livelihood (Farm) Plans covering all the four pillars of farm livelihoods viz agro ecological practices, livestock, value chain development and NTFP.
4. To identify the area of special intervention and innovation in their respective project areas.
5. To maintain the records of the interventions offline/online and facilitate MIS updation.
6. Facilitate capacity building of Farm cadre and other stake holders as per structured modules.
7. To undertake regular monitoring of various activities of the project MKSP and guide farm cadre in performing their duties.
8. Execution and monitoring of the sanctioned farm livelihoods interventions through regular field visits and review.
9. Identify and document best practices.
10. Facilitate convergence with line departments.
11. Any other responsibility assigned by Mission.
