Job Roles & Responsibility
- Perform day-to-day office duties using basic office equipment’s.
- Maintain filing and storage systems in the office
- Schedule travel arrangements for deputed staff, when applicable
- Direct the clients /vendors them to appropriate sections/offices
- Maintain office supply inventory.
- Retrieve files and documents when requested
- Assist officers/officials.
- Maintain various office registries.
- Create, edit, and update spreadsheets
- Candidate should have a minimum typing speed of 65 and 35 per minute in shorthand and typewriting respectively.
