Job Roles & Responsibility
1. Assist in establishing FMS and update regularly.
2. Assist in monitoring of expenditure as per Annual Action Plan under each component proactively.
3. Assist in maintaining & updating on various finance and accounting portal like J&K BB portal, Bharatkoos, PMFS portal etc.
4. Assist in maintain & update various reporting formats like IUFR/ MPR/ Utilization Certificates.
5. Assist in preparation of financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
6. Assist in preparation of asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
7. Assist in documents financial transactions by entering account information (Cash book, ledger etc).
8. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
9. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
10. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
11. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
12. Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
13. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
14. Secures financial information by completing database backups.
15. Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
16. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
17. Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
18. Complies financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
19. Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
