Job Roles & Responsibility
- Training students on Laying, Jointing and Blowing of Fibre Optic cables.
- Conduct theory and practical classes as per the syllabus.
- Closely work with the head of the school on timetable adjustment and other NSQF project activities i.e., field visits / Guest lectures, Internships, lab setup, training placement and meetings.
- Maintenance of records and sending periodical reports/class activities and consultation with the head of the school.
- Ensure all the students create and maintain student portfolios.
- Strengthening network and facilitating industrial/academic experts for guest lectures.
- Ensure the lab is in good working condition.
- Maintain a charter of a lesson plan and assignments given by them under close supervision of the head of the school.
- To submit the progress report of their activities to the FIRST part through respective VPTs.
- Conduct internal examination as per the norms.
- Maintain all relevant documentation of the project in the school.
- Conducting soft skills training including preparing the students for work as per the industry requirement
Minimum Competency:
1. Effective communication Skills (Oral & written), basic computing skills, technical competency, soft skills, and facilitation skills.
2. The candidate should be a domicile of J&K UT(from the same division where the vacancy exists).
3. Age Limit – 18-40 years (As of 01-Jan-2024). Age relaxation is to be provided as per Govt rules.

Kashmir Division: Anantnag, Bandipora
Remuneration: All inclusive Gross Honorarium 20,000/- per month.
